Where is my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the courier's link. Click on the link to see where the package is in real time.

Didn't receive the email?

• Check your spam or promotions folder.
• Tracking updates may take a few hours after shipping.
• If the tracking hasn't moved for more than 3 business days, write to us at felicepet.italia@gmail.com with the order number.

Delivery times

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and in Italy they generally arrive within 5 business days from shipping.
